This gracious and comfortable apartment measures 480 square feet (45 square meters) and can accomodate from 2 to 3 persons. It is situated on the third and last floor of a typical venetian palace on the Giudecca island, the same one that house our GIUDECCA lodging. The apartment enjoys a wonderful view over the GiudeccaCanal, from the Zattere to St.Giorgio’s Island, passing through Doge’s Palace and the SaluteChurch. Its positioning on a last floor gives it a real brightness, thanks also to its many windows (among them a dormer-window in the living room).
It is composed by: living room (with double sofa bed), kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. |

The apartment is situated on the Giudecca island, and more precisely at its eastern end, directly facing Punta della Salute and San Marco square, just 5 minutes away on foot from the Basilica del Redentore. The boat stop (named Zitelle: lines 1, 82, 41, 42) is 50 meters away. Moreover, with public transport it is possible to easily reach every destintation (San Marco 5 minutes, Zattere 5 minutes, Lido 15 minutes, Piazzale Roma/Railway Station 20 minutes). In order to reach the apartment you can arrive by boat from the Railway Station or from Piazzale Roma bus terminal (lines 1, 82, 41, 42) and get off at Zitelle stop.
